Cancellation and Termination

  1. You may terminate your Subscription at any time by visiting www.pervette.com/member-account and following the instructions for cancellation there.
  2. You are responsible for all charges incurred up to the time your Subscription account is deactivated, whether or not such charges were actually incurred by you. Deactivation of the Subscription account does not effectuate a cancellation of charges already incurred.
  3. Without limiting other remedies, we may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend, or terminate your access and use of the Site and refuse to provide Services to you with or without advance notice, if:

a. We believes that you have breached any material term of these Terms of Use or the documents it incorporates by reference;
b. You fail to pay any amount due by the payment due date;
c. We are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us;
d. We believe that your actions may cause legal liability for you, our Users or us; or
e. We decides for any reason to cease operations or to otherwise discontinue any of the Site or parts thereof.

 

Refund Policy

  1. Please note that by purchasing any product on our website, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. We do not issue refunds for digital products once the subscription order is confirmed. However, you may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page at any time. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving our products.
  2. If you believe that you have been erroneously billed, please notify us immediately of such error at admin@pervette.com. If we do not receive written notice from you within thirty (30) days after such billing error first appears on any account statement, such payment and fee will be deemed acceptable by you for all purposes, including resolution of inquiries made by your credit card issuer. You hereby agree to release Pervette.com from any and all liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any billing error or payment discrepancy that is not reported to us in writing within thirty (30) days of the billing error or payment discrepancy.
