If your heart hurts because you lost someone dear to you, this is for you..

Please note, this guide touches upon the metaphysical and spiritual. If this does not align with your beliefs, this guide may seem too woo-woo. But I do believe the quickest way to healing from the loss of a loved one is to allow yourself to be spiritualized.

  1. Make an altar
  2. Listen to their songs
  3. Cultivate your spiritual practice
    1. Turn off your phone
    2. Activate their altar
    3. Meditate
    4. Pray to them, pray for them
  4. Go on walks with them
  5. Fulfill their wishes when they were here
  6. Write to them
  7. Remember that the pain you feel is the depth of your love
  8. Give that love to your/their loved ones..
  9. Contemplate on their beautiful gifts and qualities, cultivate them within yourself and carry their spirit
  10. Read.. (recommended list of books)
