Letters to a Young Domme

 

Dear Domina,

I’m gonna start putting into words and sharing with you what I think are important things to consider as you find your way as a Domme. It’s gonna be jumbled thoughts, or loose tidbits, randomly organized, most likely to be edited at some point, but for now it’s here, raw and as real as I can be.

When you choose to become a Domme..

You choose to learn the art of magic and alchemy.

You learn how to make something out of nothing.

You learn how to weave dreams and fantasies into reality.

To go from 0¹nothing but airy dreams to 1²something concrete is pure magic.

This world is not for everyone.

That’s why it lives on the edges and in the shadows.

And it can only found by seekers

those who are curious enough to go deeper,

and those who are brave enough to thin the veil

and dare to see it all.

The only way to see it all

is to stay curious and open

to new perspectives and realities

which can only be found when you embrace the paradox

by holding both dualities can you transcend it

therefore you cannot judge

that this is right or wrong

good or bad,

normal or crazy

masculine or feminine

there is no black or white thinking

but infinite³(not just 50) shades of grey

To understand kink, you have to understand its context.

Kink exists in the shadows of society.

All of our fetishes comes from the taboo.

The taboo is what society rejects.

In kink we give voice and space to the rejected parts of ourselves.
